Our manufacturing plant
At Sigmadaf we have a 2800m2 workshop for the manufacture and assembly of our DAF systems. Our facilities are equipped with modern handling, machining and assembly equipment.
Our production areas are separated into different complexes, with a special area dedicated to the manufacture of stainless steel and carbon steel equipment.
Our workers have been accredited by the International Business Control Agency in order to ensure the highest manufacturing quality of our products.

The DAF FPHF flotation equipment is a separation system that represents an improvement over existing lamella plate technology using a combination of cross-flow and countercurrent flow.

MEGADAF FPAC-CW
Equipment built in concrete tank, designed to treat large volumes of water and wastewater (more than 1000 m3/h) with low to high pollutant loads.
MEGADAF FPBC-CW WITH LAMELLAE
MEGADAF equipment built with lamellae in the flotation tank, which improves the flow regime and offers better flotation performance. They allow working with high hydraulic loads (20 - 35 m3/m2/h).
