Our compact DAF system arrives at the customer’s facility fully assembled and pre-tested at the factory. The DAF unit, the electrical panel, and the entire physicochemical process are integrated and interconnected on a skid. This equipment is designed to provide immediate performance in contaminant separation, taking up minimal space and simplifying installation and operation as much as possible.

Stainless steel AISI 304
AISI 304 stainless steel is the standard material used in the construction of all our compact DAF systems.
Upon customer request, they can be manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel.
Polypropylene
Compact DAF systems can be manufactured from polypropylene for applications involving the treatment of corrosive wastewater, ensuring excellent protection against oxidation and chemical degradation.
How does a DAF Compact system work?
Compact dissolved air flotation systems have no difference in operation compared to standard DAF equipment.
They are equipment of high operational and economical efficiency, thanks to their ease of installation and use. The user, by means of a simple operation, only has to adjust the chemical dosage and pump flow rates through a complete and intuitive control system.
The working parameters are adjusted from a PLC system with remote control option.
