SIGMA Group joins the Patronat de la Escola Politècnica Superior de la Universitat de Girona

SIGMADAF Clarifiers has reached an agreement with the University of Girona (UDG) to join the Patronat de la Politècnica de Girona, an association that brings together companies linked to the UDG Polytechnic with the aim of promoting the attraction of talent, technology transfer, as well as the promotion of awards and scholarships.

One of the most outstanding events organized by the Polytechnic School and the Patronat is the Industrial Forum, conceived as a window of opportunities. It focuses on two main areas: attracting talent and supporting secondary school teachers, with the aim of motivating both students and teaching staff.

The Patronat and Talent awards are also presented. The Patronat awards challenge students to tackle technological or innovation challenges posed by partner companies. On the other hand, the Talent awards recognize the most outstanding incoming students, who are also awarded the "Josep María Ginès i Pous scholarships", aimed at facilitating their training abroad and their return to the region.

The impact of the Patronat has been extended to more than 5000 students, covering 10 counties and more than 50 Catalan centers where activities are carried out, with a total of more than 300 events carried out. In addition, it has the participation of more than 150 associated companies.
